The dirt defender, silver grade cover has all the strength and durability to ensure-years of winter protection. Heavier woven polyethylene scrim and coating makes this cover strong and able to withstand wind, sleet and snow. The cover is u.v. stabilized to protect it from the harmful effects of the sun. It features a black underside to retard algae growth and heat sealed seams to ensure a crystal clear pool next spring. The big 4-feet overlap ensures a proper fit for above ground pools unlike smaller 3-feet overlap covers. This dirt defender 12-year cover is held secure with a heavy duty vinyl coated cable and tightener that is anchored by rip proof metal grommets. Backed by a 12-year (2-year full rated). This dirt defender cover comes in forest green with a black underside.
