New combination cam lock. Nothing included outside of what is pictured.
There is no key included.
Combination can be set without key, but it if is set and forgotten, it cannot be overridden without key.  I don't know if you can buy keys form the manufacturer or not.  I'd include a link to their site, but I guess ebay won't allow that anymore.  You can probably find it on your own, just zoom in on the picture of the instructions.  On their page, If you click the model 7440 image, they have a downloadable brochure with more detailed install info.
