This visible fault locator was removed in good working condition from a business that recently sold off some assets
We tested the fault locator with a 250m fiber cable and it worked as expected, outputting a bright red laser light that made the finding of any issues with the fiber cable easy
We noticed that the metal sheath that the fiber cable plugs into is just slightly folded back a little bit on one side - The middle portion that the actual fiber cable fits into is in great condition, so it doesn't affect proper functionality, however, we wanted to be sure to mention it
We tried to take a close-up picture of it for this listing, however, even then it's pretty hard to see
The fault locator features a flashing mode as well as continuous on, and is powered by two AA batteries
